help picking a video card

hey i need help chosing i have a compaq pc with 1 gig ram atholon xp 3200+ 200 gb i not gona build a new pc untill the new windows comes
so i need help picking a decent video card and want to last for the next 3 to 6 month thnx

 

and yeah its an agp based system forget my pc in the sig

dont realy know i was looking on ebay and i foud that ati x850 pro goes for 150 max and the x850 xt goes over 200 and the 7800 gs goes over 250 and 6800 ultra goes over too hunder comparing to prices which one u guyz think is a good buy

 

i actually use 128mb vid cards in sli i only play doom3 on pc nothing else well starcraft and warcraft but thats it ill play nothing else as i care for no other pc games so my cards are great

for bout a 105 pounds you can get a 512MB x1600 pro which is pretty damn good deal.

but do u guyz think an ati x850 pro for 150 dollars is a good buy i dont realy want to spend alot of mony cuz am going to upgrade when the new windos vista comes out thanks

 

when windows vista comes out expect to pay a LOT of money for parts to run that hungry operating system
