I just go a new moniter about 5 months ago and a month ago i no noticed there was a white "blotch kinda thingy" i was wondering how that happend?,I tried to take a pic but with the brightness you cant see anything
just wondering does it look like this http://images.apple.com/support/powerbook/elements/whitespot092204.jpg
I had that on my powerbook thats stuff is impossible to remove (unless of course u replace the lcd) so check to c if u have warranty or something so they can replace it
if u have that prblm they can replace it since it is a manufacturing problem (although it starts showing up after a couple of months) i would recomend taking it to the store where u bought it and try to change it for another brand if u cant do that then send it to acer
do that cause acer is a low budget lcd while exchanging it (if u can) try to spend like 20 bucks more to get a viewsonic or samsund definetly worth it
dnt get me wrong they look good and all but they r not good in response ex they have lots of ghosting try getting a 12ms or lower monitor IF u can
ohh, well gunna go by the store tomorrow and ask if i can exchange for a new once or ill be fine with the same one,can you explain what "ms"is?
the ms is the response time of ure monitor ex ure seeing a video on ure pc and someone is moving their hand on the video and when u pause it the hand has some ghosting its like when u take a pic on an old camera and someone moves and the pic is ruined anyways i havent seen ghosting on lcd monitors with less than 12ms (the less the better)
