svcd to dvd

how can i convert a svcd to a dvd and do you have to have the chip to play downloaded xbox games

First of all to convert SVCD to dvd is what you will need to do is open the disc's files up on your computer go to the file MPEGAV then there should be one file in that which is a DAT file copy that to your hard drive then use Nero Vision to put it on a DVD.

And yes you do need a chip to play Xbox/Ps2 games.
