I have a hard drive from a laptop that has data on it that I need is there a way I could hook it up to my desktop and get the info out?
get a 2.5" usb drive enlosure. i use my 40gig laptop drive on various customers' computers. moved to correct forum
I bought the 2.5 usd harddrive enclosure, I hooked it up and I was able to find only the windows folder I can't find my documents all the data that I need is in my document folder an help would be appreciated
if using xp than look under documents & setting\your name?. there is usually 2 or 3 subfolders under documents & settings for different users.
