im new the computer building scene...is a Intel GMA950 good enough to play battlefield 2??

    i doubt it is but just wondering..if you need my pc specs its a factory gateway gt5018E.1 gb ram..160 gb hard drive..Intel GMA950 graphics..i want to play battlefield 2online...
    also if anyone could give some basic info on graphic cards and pci, pci express and agp and all that stuff..just some basic stuff on building computers would be awesome

    No, it doesn't support DirectX 9.0c.

    No, it's not even close to being good enough. We're looking at spending atleast $120 on a video card alone.

    If you have a $400 budget or something you should just save up for a month or sp. But with $550 and up I can get you running.
