What is the best, soulseek or kazaa?

Hi I got a dial up dial up connection and just download music and a little software now and again. I heard soulseek and kazaa are the best for this but kazaa is full spyware and fakes including kazaa lite but the download speed is very good. Is soulseek better than kazaa for:
amount of songs
less fakes and corrupted files
speed
What is the very best P2P for a dial up modem?
