Cannot load new anti virus, mcafee wont uninstall! HELP

Hello again everyone! yesterday I was working on my computer and today its my sisters!!! Anyways!!!!!! We wanted to download the security center from her internet provider but it say mcafee has to be uninstalled. Which Mcafee is expired anyways. But it will not uninstall. Any ideas?????? Thanks in advance!

 

Just an update I did read about removing mcafee from one of the threads and going into mcafee folder then app folder then agent folder but when I get to the agent folder it says not responding! If anyone could help me that would be great!

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction???

I did a search and as I said when i try to manual remove the agent file is not responding and wont let me get to the next file to remove those files. Also the add/remove program will not respond. Any other suggestions.

 

Hello Forkids,May be this can be of some help.If you are not able to manually remove the folders then why dont you try this(you still have to remove them manually but in some other way):
Option 1.
Reboot your system in safe mode and try to do the same thing i.e remove the folders manually.If it does not work then try option 2.
Option 2.
Open CLI(write "cmd" in Run wondow).Then go to the folders from where you want to remove the files and try removing the files by using normal DOS commands.
