Hello all, I wanted to get some advices because yesterday there was a storm by my aunts house and the entire power on the house went off for like 20 seconds, we heard a lightning somewhere close to the house, but the thing is that after that her tower wont turn on, i took one of the sides off and hooked it up to another plug around the house and the only thing that goes on its a little green light on the motherboard, but besides that the computer wont start, nothing works, not even the dvd or cd-rom drives....what can the problem be? the power box inside the tower?

Should I get a new tower with the power box already in it, or just get a new powerbox?

well its up to you,a power box is about 20$ and easy to install unless ur a really neewb, but a tower would cost you a extra 20 and more for a good kind and plus you gotta put all the stuff back,if you have the money and you can do it ,Go for it
