can't find firmware for artec vom12e48x combo drive?

I have artec vom12e48x combo drive and need to update firmware but the links that have been provided don't work, to be more specific I went on to firmware web and selected the drive and when I select firmware its not provided or instructions. Anyone knows of a different source to get firmware for this drive and instruction. Thanks in advance.
