I would like a member based in the UK to do me a favour. My teenage son recently made a purchase from a Company located at Norwich, Norfolk NR1 1DD UNITED KINGDOM and has not received his goods. Further details will be supplied in PM if someone is willing to assist. Thanking you in anticipation.
I'm in the Uk if there is anything i can do i'll help. But i live in Devon (a good 7 hour drive from Norich) and if you have ordered online what could i do ?
Basically what I would like is some info on the Company..mainly the phone number. I was hoping someone who lived nearby could do some enquiries for me. Thanks for your reply though.
qwen hi X if you like i'll help if i can PM me and i'll send you my e'mail try this link as well http://www.192.com/
Hi gurnard, I have sent you a PM, have your "wet fish" handy to slap em with, Cheers. If you cannot help I will try a phone call....Oh the expense!!!
@janrocks, Thanks also, it's just something my son purchased and it hasn't been sent after 2months and they're ignoring our emails, gurnard has offered to help. Do you know of phix clothing??
I have done a bit of searching through the BT site (British Telecom online phone book) & I can find no number for them, this is really weird. http://www.phixclothing.com/store/jacket_tunics.asp
@pulsar, Yes thats the compamy alright, their web site gives the address as 100 Prince of Wales Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 1DD, I checked out the directory given by gurnard and couldnt locate a phone number for them either. Funny thing my sons first order was delivered within 2 weeks...a really smart jacket...just cannot understand why there's problems getting this one. I really appreciate ALL the help I am getting from you guys, Cheers.

To everyone who has responded to my post, [bold]Thank You[/bold] I am overwhelmed with the assistance offered...it is wonderful to know that members are so willing to offer assistance when needed. I will send an email and will certainly report back as to the outcome. I am certain there has been some type of oversight and i have no doubts that the matter will soon be resolved.
Well sad to say, some 24 hours later there has been no response to my email...seems like my thoughts on a resolution were incorrect. I have just been informed I can lodge a case against the "supplier" through PayPal so I am regrettably taking this course of action,
So much for Caroline at phixuk. It really annoys me when these companies just take the p*ss out of customers. The internet is great, but when you get these sh*t outfits, it just spoils it all. Bunch of fr*gging t*ssers...
@Pulsar, I now tend to agree with you, I dont think Caroline does exist, I was hoping there would be a reply to my email when I awoke this morning but no such luck. Guess I will just now leave it in the hands of PayPal. Cheers.
Hi.. You can always try checking if they are a real company here. http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/ There is a UK trick with ebay and paypal..they always say allow 28 days for delivery..paypal won't refund after 30 days. Don't hold your breath when dealing with businesses (especially ebay businesses) in the UK. I pay C.O.D on everything these days because I was ripped off lots of times on ebay, paypal or not..
@janrocks, My son has dealt with them only recently and had no problems with his first purchase, it's this latest one that's giving us grief.
@pulsar yes I agree and the fact that they STILL refuse to respond to any correspondence doesnt help restore any faith in having the matter solved in a satisfactory manner. It appears caroline, if she does represent the company concerned was "talking through her hat" Its funny because their web site states it will respond to emails within 24 hours.
