Disc Read Error with Alcohol 120%

    I am trying to use Alcohol to make the CC Generals image. When I start the dump, I get tons or disc read errors like:

    Disc Read Error at: 923
    Disc Read Error at: 928
    Disc Read Error at: 969

    and so on. ANyone know why this is happening???

    Still waiting on a response. Anyone have any suggestions???

    1) C&C Generals is Safedisc 2.8 (CD 1) cd protected.
    2) It is [bold] common to encounter disc read errors [/bold] when reading the image of Safedisc 2.x cd protection so ignore.Bad sectors are found within the first 1-10,500 sectors of the Safedisc 2.x protected cd.
    3) Use Alcohol 120% using the Safedisc 2 datatype profile and read C&C Generals (CD 1) at 16/20x. Use the Safedisc 2 datatype profile and burn at 8x (RAW DAO). Depending upon the brand name and model # will determine if you need emulation to play your backup(s).
