i want to see dvd movies on my Pocket PC,help!

    last week I bought a new Pocket PC
    in order to enjoy my spare time in the tense college life,
    i want to see my favorite movies on it
    but i can not find a good promgran which can convert dvd to wmv with good quality and fast speed
    any one can recommend some good one to me ?
