   i`m using cmospwd 4.8 on acer laptop ( cmospwd /k )
   
   please help me my laptop crash !!! after press on just beep

   sounds like a hardware problem. When it crashes does anything come on the screen??
   
   If not u may need to take it in to a technician to have a look at it.
