    Hi

I've downloaded Azureus 2.5 and am having a few problems setting up and would really appreciate some help please.

I have a BT Voyager 205 which I have port forwarded (port 22522) to 192.168.1.1 to which I have a Netgear FVS318 router. I have also port forwarded (port 22522) to 192.168.0.3 which is a static IP address on my PC. However the indicators are saying that I'm firewalled (red) and DHT firewalled ("yellow") despite switching off my software firewall (Lavasoft) and the MS firewall.

Has anyone else had problems like this and know how to fix them. I'm really struggling and really need someones help.

    Thanks

    Harv

    Sorry, I'll try again.....

My broadband connection is coming into a BT Voyager 205 adsl modem which I have configured so that port 22522 is forwarded to ip address 192.168.1.1. This is the internal ip address for my Netgear FVS318 router. I have then configured the Netgear router so that port 22522 is forwarded to my PC which is on ip address 192.168.0.3 which is the internal ip address to the Netgear router.

The BT voyager internal firewall has been disabled and I have not set any blocks on the Netgear router. I have also set up my Lavasoft software router so that all activities for Azureus are allowed.

Unfortunately, I'm still getting the indicators at the bottom of the Azureus screen telling me that the connection is firewalled and am unable to upload or download any files.

I hope this is a clearer description of my problem.

I guess you are on Windows? I'm Mac. I had the same problem, minus one of the pieces of hardware.

On my machine I subsequently found that I had not told my [bold]Mac[/bold] to allow the configured port. Silly mistke.

I allowed the traffic through on my selected port and…

    Works fine now.
