I think you mean a Quadra 610. That's a computer from the good old days when Panthers and Tigers were big cats you could see at the zoo.
I think you'll probably have system 7 or maybe system 8 installed. If you can get up to 8.6 that's a pretty good OS to have, but your machine may not handle it without a lot of RAM. I think the most you can put in a Quadra is 68K (64 in the expansion slots, plus the 4 you have on the mother board)
Finding software for that mac will be tricky now. Your best chance would be to google "Quadra 610" and see if you can find a site dedicated to old macs where you can download some software. There should be one out there somewhere.
Here's one to start you off:
http://www.68kmac.org
And this page has info about your mac:
http://www.68kmac.org/db/viewspecs.php?model=Quadra%20610
Good luck :)
PS For games, you might want to look at macMAME. You will need to find an old version of it somewhere that runs on your mac. It is a game emulator that lets you play the roms from the big arcade machines from years ago (like your mac!). Stuff like Space Invaders, Galaxians, Donkey Kong, Pac Man...
