My computer keeps crashing every now and again, which I presumed was because my hard drive is 85% full and because it seems to occur every time I run multiple programs, ie. internet and NERO. Am I right in this assumption or is there something going badly wrong somewhere else? I am not exactly a PC buff as you can see so any help is greatly appreciated!!!

85% would not cause a PC to crash. I'm guessing that the CPU heatsinkis covered in dust and you are overheating (you say it only happens when you are running multiple things, ie. straining the CPU a bit causing more heat). Open it up and dust it out with some compressed air. Also, check for domed capacitors while you are in there. Go to badcaps.net so you know what to look for.
