I had a Maxtor 120GB hard drive in my ps2, but it stopped working and started making a clicking noise. So i decided to try it in my pc as a slave drive and got a message saying "operating system not found on any devices. Press any key to try again". So i took it out and got the same message with my old harddrive that worked before i did any of that. Does any one know how to fix this? It'd be appreciated. Thanks.

I hope you didn't plug/unplug the drives when the system was on! That gives you a good chance of wrecking your system and the disk drives. Does the drive now work in the PS2 again? If it was making a nasty clicking noise, it could be about to fail...
