Video Card question

    okay this is gonna sound stupid but can you add ram to a video card i have a matrox g4+ma16g 16mb card and was wondering cause it looks like it has four empty spaces where ram goes if not then ill just buy a nvidia riva tnt 32mb card from ebay

    those places are they sockets or solder points?

    you haven't answered my question because if socketed than can be upgraded but if soldered you probably can't unless you know how to solder very small pins.

    Dude my guess is its alot cheaper to get a vid card then to try and buy ram for it! You can get a 128mb for like around 20 bucks!!
