Every time we've changed the layout, virtually all feedback has been negative. We read the negative feedback and try to adjust accordingly -- quite often the first public "new" feature wont be the "final", as we tend to take people's ideas to our decisions and adapt constantly to make the site better for our users. But, if we ask 2 months later from the same people complaining about the new layout, they wouldn't switch back to the old one. People fear changes, but people also adapt
