i just download NERO...will this allow me to copy games such as "the sims"....i only have one CD-RW drive.if you can tell me some programs to get by the copyrites that'd be great.

hi there, i have done the original sims from a long time back! its safedisc the old type (unless they updated it now?) it used to be the type with and .ICD file (the bad boy!) then... Use the program BLINDWRITE and choose - AUTHORISE THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE READ METHOD! and NIBBLE! burn using DAO-PW! and see what happens? One thing to note for compatibility in all cdroms tick the settings on the burning side called AUTOPLAY! it puts emulation in so it will play as long as blindwrite is installed to your computer! if you DO NOT burn with autoplay you can only use on some cdroms and NOT in cd-rw drives only cdroms/dvd !!!! Autoplay is no factor for backing up The Sims as this is an early Safedisc 1.x cd protection. I still like my "red" beer for backing up Safedisc. @Dela No I gotta definatly give this program a go but where can I download?
