Im Running On A Windows Xp Home, And My Processor Is A Intel Pentium D 840 3.2Ghz. Now I Notice That When I Boot Up, A Message Apears "Warning U Are Using A Ultra ATA /66 Or Higher, U Will Be Downgraded 2 /33" I Dont Understand This, But I Do Notice That I Cant Move My I Cons On My Desktop And I Cant Click On Start Unless I Ult/Delete, ANd That Gets It Moving But I Cant Move Any Icon Or Files 2 Diffrent Locations, Any Help Please On 2 Solve This Problem Thanks

I Mean Is That How Its Suppost 2 Be Done, Cause When I Installed Windows On The Hard Drive, The Motherboard Setting Was At SATA, Now Can That Be Whats Causing My Problem???
