I have been using Gordian Knot and, therefore, not actually KNOWING what was used to mux the audio. Now I'm in a situation where I have the .AVI movie file, and just need to mux the audio and play around with delays to get it synced up. How do I do this? I know it's a dumb question, but I really need to know. Thanks.

If you used the newest version of gknot then chances are it was virtualdubmod that muxed the audio. Not sure how to sync up audio and video(never had the problem...),but to mux the audio yourself, you just need to load the avi into vdubmod and load your audio file as well. Make sure that in the video menu you select direct stream copy and make sure to select that for your audio. After that just select save as avi and thats it.
