How do I burn a VHS video tape on2 my pc?

Hi I have tons of video tapes and I was wondering if it is possible to burn all of them onto a dvd? These are the things I have
Dvd rw r9
Windows xp
Toshiba video player
Blank Dvd (tons)

 

All you need is a capture card to input the VHS feeds,
(You have to use a vcr and your input (capture) card.)
Then you can turn the created files into dvd format
using a host of programs.
