I installed nero, and after I burned a cd or two, my cdroms dissapeard from my device manager yet my comp detects them there in bios Ive installed aspi several times with no affect. Im running on windows me the error i got at first was "winaspi file ??" thats when I discovered they were missing
hi ummm? nero runs on its onw aspi layer!but only if you havent changed settings? in info tool i think it is? when does that error come into play? and when i have had probs like this i UNINSTALL in devive manager and reboot comp! or find new hardware link! they come back! thx....
hi just uninstall nero! then reboot! then install again! it has lost the file out of folder! Thx,,,,,,
