Hi all, I have some beta tapes I want to get on my computer and then copy to dvd. I have a beta player and a capture card (Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150 MCE). I just need to know what software would be best to transfer this onto my computer? I've never attempted this before but i'm guessing all I have to do is connect the video to my capture card and the sound to my sound card and hit play on the beta video player and record/capture on the software? Thanks for any info you can provide!
should be able to do what you say but be sure the capure codec is mpeg-2 or a format that is lossless and will convert well also this has some use full information http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/capture/start.html
