annoying problem

    im so angry about the red alert 2 problem,
    i installed red alert 2 on my pc (p4, 512 RAM, 2.80 GHz nvidia MMX40)
    then when i start the game the screen turns a black for 2 seconds then it splashs back to the desktop PLZZZ HELLPPP!

    Did you patch the game after you installed it? You might want to try that first if you didn't.

    I agree, download all the patches there are, install them, and see if it changes anything.

    Not to mention updating the gfx card...You'd be surprised but if you read the ati release notes there always fixing compatibility issues with games.Happened to me with mohaa a long time ago.It was the same thing it would load the splash then go back to the desktop.After updating it worked fine:)

    nvidia mmx40? wrong name but I know which one you meant. That may be the problem my friend.You need a new gfx card seriously.You have a nice setup with the exception of that.
