I bought a new MP4 yesterday and when I plugged into my laptop USB, it popped out Unknown Device. When I looked in Device Manager, it said that No drivers installed for this device.
    The cable USB 2.0.
I have the same problem using my desktop computer. Both are XP.

Can anyone help me? I want to listen to my MP4! >.<
