DVD wont BURN

    I have a PIONEER 105 . I`ve tried everything But it will not write . It will read . I`m using windows XP home edition with spack 1 .
    I`m using NERO 551035 and the firmware is 1.3 .
    It is the Second one I`ve tried . It works on a friends PC . But wont write to disc on mine .
    PLEASE suggest anything to TRY . ie ide`s , memory , software , media . THANKS

    Perhaps if you listed what sort of error/problems you are encountering with the burner/software/media then the good folk in this forum could help you out.

    Have you got the disc in the right way up ;-] lol im kidding

    On a more serious note, are you sure its a -R disc (I know it sounds silly). Also try a Ritek G04 or Princo Yellow 4x, try Record Now Max 4.50.
