PUK disabled card blocked

    Hi,

    Can anyone help me,My mobile model is samsung sgh x210,I am
    getting this error message "PUK DISABLED CARD BLOCKED"

    call you provider, they will help you with the code if you dont have the papers you´ve got with your card...
