need a grafix card/mobo help

ok heres the deal i just got a new pc an it dont have any PCI-E slots should i get a new mobo b4 grafx card or is there a really good one for pci slots ? and if i need a new mobo should i build from scratch or will it work on a dell pc?

 

[bold]MY[/bold] opinion would b to start from scratch build a new pc so u could have pci-e and ddr2 ram sata and everything cool

nop there isnt any good pci cards (at least not for gaming)

 

[bold]OR[/bold] you can just get a new mobo though. If its a *NEW* PC, then you should be fine with what you got.

what processor do you have, and whats the socket type?
