PS is a professional-level program. therefore, you pay a professional-level price for a license to the software. advising piracy is not the best idea.
Photoshop is worth every penny you pay for it, here is how to get it for free, you all listening? No piracy involved. Get a job as a graphic artist/designer, your boss/company will give you one of their licenses and disks to take it home so that you can install it on your own computer and do your work from home. There, problem solved, one legitimate copy of Photoshop CS2 and Illustrator CS2, just be willing to give up nights and weekends when a project is due. (Or just pay the money for it.)
