Right... You have any programming skills? You have any knowledge of what it takes to make one? If you answered NO to any of them question's, then forget IT!!! Soz to be nasty/rude or whatever, but it's pointless in trying to make an RS Private server if you can't program. Also, whats your aimed audience, because if theres going to be alot of people connected multiply at once, then you'll need a dedicated srever. They cost alot of money and time, and then you'd need to charge people to use it to get your money back. Noone would come on it then, and youd have wasted your money!!! Id reconsider this Idea, or if you continue to go ahead, do some research on Google! As, it would require, for a half-decent one, alot of programming. And I would know as my cousin's son works for Jagex's Runescape, and he was involved in making most of the Server's there, setting them up anyways!
