Ok, so this is the deal, hopefully you guys can help me, you always seem to come through for 90% of my problem =) I have this game that I love, but it doesn't support a USB joystick, only serial(COM) port 1. So I have a USB Joystick. now... I went to the store and got a convertor, you plug it into your com port, with a gender changer cause it came in only male. so on my serial port, I have, gender changer, convertor, and on the end: usb, gender changer, USB joystick. Any software I need? sorry if that is too confusing.
alright, edit. so I have a USB joystick and I wan't to play a game that requires a serial joystick, cause it won't recognize USB I get a serial to USB convertor serial goes to serial, and I put a femal gender changer on the other end which is USB, and plug the joystick in and now my PC won't recognize the joystick... I figured thats more simplified..
