i looked and looked for a software to make xsvcd they say that it is a better picture then vcd and svcd. were can i get a free software and how do i use it. if anybody can help please e-mail at rsnaq41@hotmail.com or i will check this site again later

i tried the zip file that a person tried to help me with but i did not understand it at all. i'm looking for a FREE software that can make XSVCD movies from when i download them from the internet or can i even do that or do i have to ripp it from a dvd. i heard that you can download a movie from the internet and then turn it into a XSVCD using a cd-r?? if there is anybody out there please explain it to me
