Does anyone know which of these 2 cards is better ? Im not very knowledgeable with graphics cards so need some help choosing.
I currently have the FX5900 but have been offered the 9600 PRO on the cheap and was wondering if it is worth changing it.
Im currently running an AMD XP 3200 processor with 1gb RAM.
Any help or comments appreciated. Thanks

Of the two cards, (as others have said) keep the nvidia. If you're looking for a cheap upgrade: You could aquire the aformentioned 9600xt for around us$50 brand new.
When evolution selects its agents, it does so at a cost, makes demands in exchange for singularity, and you may be asked to do something against your very nature. This force, evolution, is not sentimental. Like the Earth itself, it knows only the hard facts of life's struggle with death. All you can do is hope and trust that when you have served its needs faithfully, there may still remain some glimmer of the life you once knew.

They are both AGP....I dont have a PCI-E motherboard and cant be bothered to upgrade that yet.
Thanks, I will keep hold of the 5900 for now then and will have a look for a cheap 9600 XT....Thanks !
