nero wont burn iso file any more

    i have got new TDK blank DVD and they will not burn i have used TDK b4 but now it says illegal disc etc here is log, i looked at prev threads but none helped -- please help!!

    Try and close down some of your programs that are running the background, you are not giving the program enough memory to work with.

    If your burner is not one that came with a Dell computer then go below and flash your drive with newer firmware, current is 2.24.

    If your drive is one that came with a Dell computer then check with Dell for newer firmware.


    Why are you burning this slow, burning too slow is just as bad as too fast. Try it at 4x.

    Go to the Nero site and update to the latest version, which is now 7.5

    Also, TDK is not the best I would try some Verbatim, which is a better choice and NEC drives like Verbatim media.

    i used the update firmware from dell -- and not it burns, ur a cleaver man!!

    Hello.

    You should edit out your program serial number from your original post above. Just click the paper/pencil icon in the upper right of your post to enter edit mode. It is at the beginning of the post and begins 5C....
