    hi, im after some advise, my g/f bought this phone down the local, stupidly believing it was genuine. turns out its been stolen and is now blocked. is there any legal way i can use this phone?? or do i need to go looking for low life who sold it

    If its been stolen, then the IMEI will be cancelled, rendering the phone totally useless. Unless I'm mistaken, its a new/replacement phone I'm afraid.

    There is nothing you can do but throw the mobile in the bin.

    Nope this sint fully true as most mobiles apart from BB5 phones can have their IMEI numbe altered

    id recomend checking with a few local mobile shops.
    they may be doing this! (though its illegal)

    there are ways for
    u to but its best not to.
