You will need to use Windows Media Player 10. Which you can find easily on the web if it is not on your computer already. There is no other special software needed for that operation. The CD you tossed had only the user guide, Sansa Media Converter (for pics and flicks) and Rhapsody music management software. If you read the above discussions, you can get through it easily. I did and I'm stupid

Hey dude, read you on another thread so it seems like you are having problems still. Open Windows Media player, click on "Library" on the top left. Look at the bottom left for "Add to Library" Click on that and then you should be good to go. after loading all the songs on your hard drive to Media Player then you should "Sync" it. Let us know how that works

Go for the "Audio" forum and search first before posting a question
Good luck, I will be interested in what comes out of it.

    hey corell031
dude you gotta stick to 1 thread, its getting really confusing trying to
    keep up with ya lol
Anyway I posted in 1 of the other threads we were talking in, with a way to reset the sansa
But after reading your post in here not sure if you can even turn your sansa on/off ?
Is it responding ? is it on? or off?
try holding the power button down for 15 seconds, that usually reboots mine
    Good Luck man
