piracy or not

if i have the original disk but it is now damaged would it be illeagal to download it online

 

its ok to download it just dont give it out to no one dont let it leave your house
and it should be fine becuase its aback up for you
you own the real game so you alllowed to back up

question! where and how would i get a copy to my computer, then to my xbox. any help? not sure what is required.

 

look for torrents on google in the torrent places you can find all your back ups
download may take about 3 days so best to learm how to make a back up from the xbox

once you find and downloaded your back up
UNZIP UNTILL YOU GET A ISO
burn it to disk at speed 4
place in xbox drive
let it boot and yay back up works

 

now i do not have a moded xbox is that going to be a problem, and as well how would i back up straight to the system? and how would i go about running those?

 

now is there particular typr of disk dvd or cd

 

ur xbox does need 2 be modded
