my promblem is i cant gat on the internet i have the internet but when i try to get on i get nothing can somebody help.
ok dude! first what kind of internet connection you have dsl or cable or dial up what error message are u getting more info so we can help
Along with the above info, let us know if you are using a router, what brand modem, how the modem is hooked up to the PC. More info = better answers. ~Rich
well actually its a friend of mine his computer but i think he has dial up no router only 1 computer he just cant get on the internet everything else works.
Will his modem dial? Have him listen while trying to connect or, if you don't hear anythin, pick up the phone shortly after trying to dial out to see if the modem is even working.
