It's a full version movie and when I play it, it skips some scenes of it. The audio of the file then starts not to follow when the a person is speaking, it goes way off. It's an esoteric version of the movie.

I need help here. Is it the file or is it something I need to fix the file?

The phenomemona is known as audio-video desynchronization....

Try opening the movie up in VirtualDub, it should point out that ".... VBR Encoding is of synch by blah blah blah..... " and then tell you how you might fix it.

esoteric release vcd/svcd so would i be right in saying that you got a re-encoded version of the movie?? tmd or some other re-encode group??

A lot of re-encoded files are terrible for problems like these, the best thing to do would be to get the real releases!
