I think it HARDWARE problem, not software - my cd-rw just blind for certain types of cd's (PSX)

I have never heard of such thing. Have you tried CloneCD? If it doesn't work, then we can rule out software issues.

yes, i tried clone, nero, but my windows can't read this cd !
but on the work (i have 48x) all is fine.
may be my cd-rw is too old for this...

Try to use CDRWIN by GoldenHawk before you decide it is hardware related. It is the most commonly used program to copy PSX CD's with.

CDRWin is easily outperformed by CloneCD, BlindWrite or DiscJuggler. I doubt it gives you any help.
