    Hi everyone,

I would appreciate any help. Here is my problem. I have 2 Windows accounts but only ONE windows installed. Let's name them account A and account B.

When I log on to account A the CD and DVD drives work perfectly and when I switch user to account B, they don't. I get the following message " drive:\is not accessible. Access is denied". The problem is I can see the name\title of the CD or DVD inside, but when I double-click, it says that it is not accessible.

If I log on to account B they work and then switch to user to account A, they don't. That means they work only with the FIRST account.

I would grately appreciate any help. Thanks a lot

    Hi,
thanks for your message. I just checked and I found out that both accounts are adminsitrators. When I switch users, ths computer does not recognize the drives until I go back to the firt account I logged on first time.

Try deleting account B and creating another one with the same name.
