Im trying to decide if its worth updating, or that I can un-do it in the future.

when i open the installer for 3.03 OE-A i get this error
"to run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of .NET Framework: v2.0.50727 contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework
