The System Information is correct API ver 4.00eE 7th June 2007 because it is that version which has been modded to auto-roll the key's (Crypstar - V1.4 genuine only) if in doubt whether you have or it works or not, or you just simply want to check it out - Menu-1570-and press the Default Key- back to encrypted channel and wait for it to update

Ok, it appears everyone is having difficulty with N** taking the mick and changing codes all the time.

I have an original starview, and put an autoroll api on it about 6/7 months ago and that was working fine up until the last couple of weeks.

Have n** changed their encyption algorithm? If so is there an firmware that will deal with this?

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

Menu - 1570 - into Cas system and scroll down to Key EMU and turn to ON with > arrow key. exit all the way out to view channels.

But you should upgrade as there are viewing issues with V3.00 see post above that is what you want, it will auto-roll the key's for you.
