Hello, first of all I want to mention that I have an account on iTunes, from where I did download music and videos...

I forgot my account and password name, and when trying to copy the songs from my old computer to my new laptop, I could transfer them via Sharepod from my old computer to my iPod and then to my Laptop, but when I try to play those songs it says that the archive is locked and I couldn't listen or see those files...

    So Im asking this:

Does anybody know how to unlock those archives?

    OR

If I convert those .MPEG4 (.MP4 or .M4P)archives to .MP3 should work?, if yes, which program should I use to convert them...

Thanks, Any help will be appreciated.

You would have to find a program that would remove the DRM [digital rights management] from those files. I don't know of a particular one to suggest, but you could probably find one quite quickly with a google search.
