hi got my dbox up and running - with a the services.xml file and i get all channels ! after 10 mins i lose the subscription channels but all the other ones are fine, if i reboot the box they come back .. anyone seen this ?

lol what channels? every channel but the freeview channels?

yep those are the ones that stop ..

how do i tell which image i have - this is the spec i got ...


The new Linux (((((sportster uk. image ))))) is installed.
dbox 2 is 100% working !!!!!!!
box has 2 Intel flash and avia 500 chipset
This box can you plug and play
The dbox is in the debug mode (that means, that you can easily change the image).
the software is modifiziert for U.K. cable aera
The language of the software is only in english. Its very easy to handle.The package contains:
D-box 2 for Cable Television, remote control, scart cable, f to coax adapter Software-CD
Software CD with original Image and new Image yadi; boxcracker (Neutrino tools, and more you can chance the image yourself

Mate i find changing the image helps that sorta problem. Your tried doing another scan?

i've just tried 2 other images that i've downloaded but they are german images - which is the one you use and where do i get it please.

yep just got that image and flashed yesterday .. will add my services file later on tonight and see how i go - cheers.

I am having the same problem, i have all the channels for 10 mins or so then they all lock out leaving only the free channels.

This has happened with every image i have flashed my box with, even commando 5 which is in my dbox now.

Anybody any idea why this is happening?

commando 5 fixed my problem - all sorted now sorry couldnt be any more help.
