Arial Font in MS-Word 2002

i am having problems with my arial font in MS-Word
its always bold ,if i order it to be bold it doesn't change if i ask it to be normal it still stays bold
office version : 2002
it with the computer i bought which is a toshiba satellite

 

Is it only arial? If so try looking in you font folder and deleting it and replacing it?

by the way your not using arial bold or something stupid like that are you :x

where do get a fresh copy of the Arial font files that i will put as a replacement thx
