Pulp Fiction problem using doom9 method

I am getting extremely frustrated. I am having a hard time trying to dup this dvd using doom9's method. It is 7.4gb. I successfully ripped it completely to my HD using smartripper(dvd decrypter keeps giving me some kind of aspi error) here is the problem(I think), I created 2 folders for my destination on my HD, when I go to Ifoedit to split to 2 dvd-r's it creates the same files in both folders.
