Hey, what is in your opinion is the best bang for the buck pci-e video card under $60. I am extremely poor but i want to play some basic games.

Do not buy cards of ebay well sometimes if oyu trust the seller and he has sold such products before and no complaints have been made otherwise they are most probably stuffed if not the very "safe" postage will do that for you by dropping it and other stuff the radeon 9800 is a good card but it is AGP a good pci-e card is x800 the x1300 has a quicker speed but dosent have the software power like the x800 even though its newer

I have bought computers, parts, cards, what not from Ebay. The worst problem I ever had was I supposedly bought a 9800 256 A-I-o. Well when I got it, it was actually a 8500 A-i-O. But the seller refunded upon getting the card back. Not only that, but he reimbursed shipping both ways! So as long as the seller has good feedback, then there should be a problem!
